Is there a waiting list at the UPCM outpatient-pain clinic?
Every outpatient clinic of a hospital has a waiting list. We define the waiting list as the period between the receipt of the referral letter at the outpatient desk and the first consultation by the pain specialist.
Unfortunately, we also have a waiting list, due to the large influx of pain patients at our clinic. We are always doing our best to keep the waiting list for new patients as short as possible. Therefore, the current waiting time in working days is always shown on this website. Whenever possible, the waiting time for new patients is between one and two weeks. In case of referral to a particular pain specialist, the waiting time for the patient may be prolonged.
